[HACKERS] MaxOffsetNumber versus MaxHeapTuplesPerPage

Is there any reason to have both these macros? By my opinion 
MaxHeapTuplesPerPage is more accurate and it should replace all 
MaxOffsetNumber occurrence.

        Any comments?
