This one from Ben Calvert.  It uses the (imho clearer) NOW() rather
than 'NOW' in a PL/PgSQL function example.

Why not use CURRENT_TIMSTAMP instead of NOW() everywhere in the docs. I mean, it's standard and NOW() isn't...
