[PERFORM] help me problems with pg_clog file

when i try do \d in psql on a table i get this message! this happens too when i try to run pg_dump...   ERROR:  could not access status of transaction 4294967295 DETAIL:  could not open file "pg_clog/0FFF": File or directory not found     someone could help me?? PleasE!
