ouch. this is a problem with the controller. it should be higher than this but the raid 5 should edge it out regardless. try configuring the hardware as a jbod and doing the raid 10 in software. merlin ---------------------------(end of broadcast)--------------------------- TIP 5: don't forget to increase your free space map settings
