[PERFORM] postgresql upgrade from 9.3 to 9.4 error

Guys I m trying to upgrade postgresql 9.3 ->  9.4

OS VERSION : CentOS release 6.3 (Final) (2.6.32-279.el6.x86_64.x86_64)


When I run the upgrade script  /usr/pgsql-9.4/bin/pg_upgrade

It gives me this error  in the log file.

Please let me know what is going on here and what I can do to get this fixed
