Without having tried, something like this might be faster:

SELECT Data FROM Table A 
WHERE CaseID NOT IN (
        SELECT CaseID FROM Table_B
        WHERE Table_B.GroupID IN (
                SELECT GroupID FROM Table_C
                WHERE TableC.AccountID = 11))
