I think you have installed GET , so use in your cronab
GET http://localhost/report_for_my_boss/create.php |mail -s "Hello Boss"
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
if you miss get try it with lynx:
lynx -source -dump http://localhost/.. |mail ....
