<path to your db sources>/contrib/reindexdb/reindexdb -a
reindexes everything.

Also your script would do a

#!/bin/csh
set mydb=`psql -q -t -c "SELECT current_database()" | tr -d " \n"`
<path to your db sources>/contrib/reindexdb/reindexdb -d $mydb
