Just fixed this.
When the size of a widget or the sizemode are explicitly specified, a 'size lock' is
turned on now to supress automatic sizing. When the theme loaded, a full resize was
triggered, and the buttons set the widget size to the reccomended value in pixels.
This was an invalid fraction value, so the buttons didn't render.
