Yes, it would be just like how the "ok" and "cancel" button text works now. Because
multiple themes can be loaded simultaneously, a separate theme could override the text.
(We'll need a neat theme browser for pgl. The theme file format has provisions for
'tags' that can hold extra info about the themes, like the author or a description.
These aren't yet implemented in themec though.)
