PicoGUI should run just fine from a floppy, as it is designed to work with devices 
with 2MB flash ROMs. The size of the PicoGUI binary depends on architecture and 
compile-time options, but it is generally around 100k to 150k. The client applications 
are very small. The largest component will probably be glibc, but PicoGUI works with 
uClibc as well which is much smaller.
