Just noticed this one today, playing with the textwidget, but it
appears to apply to all applications. Pardon me if this is a known
bug.
This seems to be present only when using any of the device skins like
helio or vr3. When the titlebar of the application is at the bottom,
and the user is dragging the titlebar of an application downward, if
the mouse leaves the functional screen area before releasing button 1
the bar will be redrawn in the correct position but the window
contents will not be refreshed. This only happens when dragging
downwards with the title on the bottom. If you rotate the window and
try on the other sides, the window contents are always refreshed
properly.
