No, just the onscreen keyboard so far.

Yes. The hardware buttons aren't supported by Linux yet, but the silkscreen
buttons generate keyboard events: Enter, Escape, and F1 through F4.

There are working (though a little out of date) perl bindings for PicoGUI.
