Well, I think Pascal Bauermeister had some specs for the laucher app. If not, I can give you an idea of what I envision for it. For the PIM, there hasn't been anything concrete yet. The consensus for the PIM app seems to be:
- it is based on a simple database, shared by all the PIM's components - This database should be in an efficient format for use in the PIM, but there should be exporting/importing to standard formats like vCalendar or XML I'd think that the steps to developing this PIM are: 1. Decide what components this PIM will consist of (calendar, todo list, etc.) and how they should be integrated 2. Decide on a format for the database, and a way of storing the PIM information in it 3. Degign the individual PIM components 4.
