I don't really think all the stuff in "apps" should be a single
package. Some of these are going to evolve into pretty huge and
complex things, like, for example, the web browser and pgl.
In the case of pgboard, it should be its own package, simply
because most people won't be installing it on their desktops -
it's a virtual keyboard, after all. In this case, you could have
a pgboard-dev package, I guess.
In the end, you could also have a "task-picogui" metapackage
which installs the whole paella.
