pgserver has a fairly reliable system for detecting and tracing (thanks to LoneTech mainly) memory leaks. If you don't see a memory leak warning when closing pgserver, it's far more likely that the leak is in your application.
Make sure you're freeing all the handles you allocate. You may want to use the CTRL-ALT-S and CTRL-ALT-P debug keys to see if there is a particular string or bitmap you're not freeing.
