The project web sites (http://*.sourceforge.net) and summary pages 
(http://sourceforge.net/projects/*) are on different servers.

Well, I don't have the resources myself to set up a mirror. My cable modem is slow 
enough as it is, and I don't have access to any other web hosting. Besides, it would 
be difficult to mirror things like the Wiki.

Try putting in a help request to sourceforge, or using a proxy server.
