Quoting large ammounts of text in a mail message is against the most basic
email netiquette, specialy if the quoted text doesn't have anything to do
with your message's contents.
Sending messages without a descriptive "Subject" header is also bad
netiquette, specially if it is to a mailing list or newsgroup, or if it is a
request for help.
So I suggest you learn a bit about email, it seems to be more urgent than
learning about picogui.
