Mind?  Heck no, I don't mind.  You took what I had and improved it (and 
saved me from having to do it).  Isn't that the point of an Open Source

I made some very small modifications to the Makefile, I hope you don't mind
(if you do, just revert them).

Could someone please help them hook up picopim to autoconf? As it is it was
a pain to cross-compile to the vr3.

My changes:

- added -I. to CFLAGS - it wouldn't find pim.h otherwise (actually the
Makefile was right and the sources were wrong, but I felt it was less
intrusive to "fix" someone else's Makefile than their sources) ;-)

- made "make install" depend on the binary, so that you can just enter the
directory and type "make install"

- commented out efence - when you want it, edit the Makefile and re-enable
it (usually you won't)
