This is my fault. When I originally wrote that tutorial, I created
the file myself, but forgot to put it in the CVS. Maybe you could
consider this an 'excercise to the reader' ;-)

feel free to change the Wiki when you find problems like this.
I noticed another, more significant problem: all the screenshots
in the tutorial are gone. I had them in the CVS for the web page
and referred to them with a viewcvs checkout URL -- which is admittedly
not the obvious way to do it, but it was the easiest at the time.
Maybe someone finds the time to correct this as well.
