Hi Everybody, Yep, for this holiday season I decided to do something especially scary... the first PicoGUI release!
There are links to it on sourceforge and http://picogui.org now, and one should be appearing soon on Freshmeat. Here are some direct links to the release: http://picogui.org/doc/RELEASE-NOTES-0.42 http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/pgui/picogui-0.42.tar.gz Of course, if you've been unfortunate enough to hear me blabbering about the release milestones, the release of 0.42 should mean we have a textbox widget that's usable for editing unformatted text... and in fact, we do! Try out the "pgedit" app. There are still a few small bugs, but you should be able to type, delete, backspace, move the cursor in all 4 directions, scroll, and click to move the cursor. If you haven't done so already, read the release notes for 0.42 and the news item on picogui.org I posted yesterday, it gives a short summary of what's been going on and what still needs doing. --Micah -- Only you can prevent creeping featurism! ------------------------------------------------------- This sf.net email is sponsored by: Influence the future of Java(TM) technology.
