No. There have been major changes since 1.74. In addition, the code using
ftell() wasn't actually added in 1.75, it was moved from another file.

I'd suggest trying to fix ftell(), as that's sure to break other things,
both in picogui and in other systems.
Maybe you should upgrade from the ancient libc used on the helio to uClibc?
