Hi I'm having problems getting the pgboard application running in the default configuration of pg1-0.45. I have followed the same procedure as for version 0.44, where it works perfectly.
I have observed that pgboard runs without generating errors. However, the keyboard image (whether bitmap or vector) is never drawn: the area that should be occupied by the keyboard remains set to the background pattern. Futhermore, using the us_qwerty_240.kb keyboard definition, I am able to press virtual keys blindly, and the active key background faithfully reverses (to solid black, not inverted text) and generates the proper keyboard event. Using us_qwerty_scalable.kb, I am not able to generate virtual keyboard events at all. I've looked over the 0.44-0.45 diffs and can't see anything that would cause the problem. Can anyone shed some light on this situation? By the way, PicoGUI is an awesome project. The software has far exceeded my expectations in every respect, and I await pg2 with bated breath.
