Since:

- the repository is working nicely

- Smartdata was kind enough to fix the autoconf-based build
system to work with the new directory layout

- Micah's disinterested
  (http://picogui.org/News/News_Item.2003-10-27.3853), so
pgbuild is out of the list of priorities

- we have a lot of new features users would like to test,
  specially windows support

therefore, I'd like to make a 0.46 release this week. If anyone
has any wishes or show-stoppers, please post to the list (or
even better, fix it on svn).

Given Micah's lack of interest, we might push PicoGUI 1.0
forward a bit. Yes, I mean forward, as in sooner, not later.
No, I'm not mad :-)

What I mean is, since there isn't much developer interest in
PicoGUI, we should forget all those nice features in the 1.0
todo list (hmm, wiki seems to be borken, I need to fix it when I
have a few hours of internet time) and enter the
bugfix/feature-freze cycle ASAP, then get 1.0 out of the door
already. As soon as I have time to fix the website (and that
will be after 0.46), I propose that we start refining the
smallest possible set of features for 1.0 and start working on it.
