Is this where you installed pgserver? Or if you did not install it, you can simply start picogui-0.46/server/pgserver (or in fact picogui-0.46/server/build/pgserver if you followed the readme) Note that you have to 'make configure; make' in picogui-0.46/server, to build the server.
