Just toolbar can be done with exising app mgrs. But I
am placing a BOX widget in the dts->root divtree and
putting icons in that, so that it looks like desktop.
when ever an icon is clicked I am starting an
application and I thought that should not in the same
layer as the desktop because when that application is
resized to half of the screen, desktop box occupies
the remaining half and resizes to that size. (It is
not the case in our desktops. desktop should not
resize, it must occupy the whole screen). That is why
I went for new divtree.

If widget is attached in new divtree it will be
removed from the old divtree. So it can't be member of
two divtrees at a time. That is why I did like that.

I explained why I choose this way. If there is any
better alternate please let me know.
