[Pharo-dev] AST Everywhere, Reflectivity

I just started following this Dev mailing list, and I saw that 'AST
Everywhere' and 'Reflectivity' were mentioned as very promising (I
already know about Slots).
Can someone in a nutshell please describe these developments? Thanks,
