The official stable version of seaside is 3.0.8, that can be found in the
Metacello repo.

As far as I know, this version is in the green. I see that some changes where
made to Zinc-Seaside since I last checked … but still.
For 3.1 there is still some work that needs to be done on the configuration. I
started with it, and Johan did some work on this too, but we didn't finish this
work yet. When I have time again, I will try to fix the configuration and
seaside 3.1 code for Pharo 2.0. The latest version can be found in the
Seaside31 repo, http://squeaksource.com/Seaside31.
