You probably need to do a :

sudo apt-get autoremove

after that, so that you get rid of all the dependencies of ia32-libs that you haven't installed yourself.

error cause pharo continues to function properly. I am by no mean an Ubuntu
expert but I have seen this another time, trying to remove a library this
way does not fully remove the library.
