Yes, it is still in SS3.
Some weeks ago I think someone reported that the #cannotInterpert: trick
was not working anymore in latest Pharo (so proxies won't work). I didn't
have the time yet to try different images/VMs and see if it works, but if I
can give it a try today or tomorrow.
