For the current version of Metacello in the image, you can use the ConfigurationOfMetacello in http://seaside.gemstone.com/ss/metacello. The base version is 1.0-beta.31.1.5 but we (the Pharo community) did some patches on top of it. I think these patches don't modify the dependencies but only packages version to load.
