Indeed, it is not fully correct:

./pharo Pharo.image eval '1+2'

will activates the EvaluateCommandLineHandler (after going through the 
PharoCommandLineHandler), whereas

./pharo Pharo.image --help

only activates the PharoCommandLineHandler.
