Using any Pharo image the following should work and return XML: ./pharo Pharo.image eval "ZnClient new get: 'https://ci.inria.fr/pharo/job/Pharo-2.0/lastSuccessfulBuild/api/xml?xpath=/*/description\'.” But without the smart quote at the end (sorry, I can’t make Mail not do that).
