If I understood your question correctly, you can steal my NSIS script at
https://code.google.com/p/biosmalltalk/wiki/NSISInstallerScript and execute:

makensis.exe myscript.nsi

(see http://nsis.sourceforge.net/Docs/Chapter3.html for details)

to generate an installer.
