Hi Jannik, Morphic UI Designer is a nice project - but I guess it is more oriented towards Morphic way of buildung UI's and may have some Squeak specific stuff in it. That's why it's inclusion into the Sq standard image is currently discussed on squeak-dev.
In Pharo the tools are moving to the Spec UI framework, mostly manually built. But there is also a UI builder for this available. Currently it is broken in latest image.
