(ByteArray new: 10 withAll: 16) replaceFrom: 1 to: 3 with: 'ABC' startingAt: 1.

Primitive 105 allows you to mix ByteStrings and ByteArrays which is crucial for 
making certain system operations fast. Of course, once you take real encoding 
into account, this breaks.
