Please note that Storyboard has not been migrated to Pharo 3 yet, and by default not loads seaside first.
It uses a class side method users, that seems to interfere with loading. Looks like a bad name choice in TBehavior that hasn't been fixed yet. I'll fix the configuration after the weekend Stephan
