sorry, this "chapter" only contains some notes. The idea of the
installers is that they look like all other installers in the world:
they put binary and support files to a standard directory of your
file-system (e.g., program files on windows, /usr on linux,
/Applications on MacOSX).

The one for Mac OS creates a dmg with a standard drag&drop interface
to put a .app (the input) to /Applications. An example of such a dmg
is at https://ci.inria.fr/pharo-contribution/job/PharoLauncher-Mac-Package/
