What about joining up with Smalltalk Foundation , STIC and ESUG .. Though laudable an initiative in whatever form you launch it. Just may give it a better thrust if there is joining of hands. Smalltalk has not in the past gained with multiple directions / efforts. Pull all efforts in as much as possible single basket.
