[Pharo-dev] latest GTools settings

Hi,

So… I integrated latest GTools. 
I did it, but I disagree with the relevance the settings of GSpotter have now… 
I understand you want to collect usage, etc… but settings should be in settings 
panel, not “always on sight”.
