[Pharo-dev] gitfiletree doesn't throw error when repository doesn't exist

When I load non-existing repository, e.g.

Metacello new
baseline: 'WhatEver';
repository: 'gitfiletree:///hoewrtory';
load

then Metacello just silently executes it and doesn't do anything. I would
expect some error to pop-up that it doesn't exist.
