You can load the latest XMLParser development in Pharo 5:
Gofer new
smalltalkhubUser: 'PharoExtras' project: 'XMLParser';
configuration;
loadDevelopment

Or you can just download the latest Moose 6 image:
https://ci.inria.fr/moose/job/moose-6.0/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/moose-6.0.zip
