In fact I was thinking about the solution: add a new AnnouncingModel
class unrelated to Model
or add announcer to Model. Now I think that the second solution is
better because we have many subclasses
of Model implementing Announcer and I do not know if they are not using
some behavior of Model too.

I would like to introduce an announcer in Model and make sure that
most of the direct subclass
of Object implementing an announcer take benefits of the Model one.
