[Pharo-dev] Loading a baseline locally

Hi,

is it possible to load the baseline that is in a local repo? Because when I try 
to do that, I get: Could not resolve: <pakagename>…

I need to test how the configuration works and it looks like a cannot do that 
if I have not committed it.
