I also wonder when they measure the popularity of a language/community whether 
GitHub issues is a measure (I suspect it is), so it may be advantageous to show 
activity particularly for a smaller community.

Like others, I'm not a big fan of fogbugz (never understood why Joel is 
considered a god), but it's ok, and it's served its purpose. I'd seriously 
switching.
