It comes from the bintray opensmalltalk folder. For example,

But there is no 32 bit linux x86 pharo build there, only the 64 bit.

Interesting: one only find the newspeak build there in linux x86 32bits (no pharo, no squeak builds).

And it seems to have been the case for a little while.
