This is because tonel is not yet supported. I've worked on that a bit last year but I don't know why I stopped... I think because I couldn't commit to SmalltalkCI without generating billion metadata changes (tried different Pharo versions, iceberg, gitfiletree, filetree), and in the end got frustrated and stopped.
