[Pharo-dev] DigitalSignatureAlgorithm and dsa.test.out

In DigitalSignatureAlgorithm>>testExamplesFromDisk uses a file called
"dsa.test.out" 

Do we have it somewhere (to turn the method into a real test) or can 
we just delete the method ...
