In PharoLauncher, if you right-click on the image you are trying to launch, then choose "Show in folder" then browse to "pharo-local/ombu-sessions" and you should see some files. If you create a fresh image and copy those to the same location there, the go World menu > Tools > Code Changes and see if you find your work. Check out the filters.
