If you load the code programmatically, then there exists another,
simple solution to ignore the progress bar which does not require to
change the MC package loader.
I added this to the ScriptLoader (that is the class with the update
scripts that we used in 3.9 and now in Pharo). Have a look at
ScriptLoader>>loadTogether:merge:silently:. I have not tested it with
UIEnhancements yet but it solved the problem of loading a package with
truetype font changes IIRC.
